Hi, I just realized how hard it is to create a good build without other expansions, and all I have is prophecies. If anyone knows a good PvE hammer build for farming that is good in Proph or core, please post it here!

Last 2 skill will be another attack and an IAS. For attack I'd go with [Mighty Blow] or [Protector's Strike]. For IAS, there only 2 viable one in Proph [Frenzy] and [Flurry], take your pick.

Place either [Frenzy] or [Flurry] in the empty spot...I'd suggest Flurry. They both kinda suck in PvE, and it's not Flail, but it's all you've got for IAS as a straight Prophecies Warrior. And before anybody else says anything, I haven't run a Prophecies only hammer build in about 50 years so this might suck.

Personally I would suggest going W/R and adding in [Tiger's Fury] for your IAS.

Edit: OMG my build sucks, it's all energy based. I suck.

As Zelg and Shaz said, same builds... except for Power Attack and Irresistible Blow, they suck.

I would suggest usage of Frenzy with Rush as a cancel stance and IMS since it promotes tactical play. In other words, you need to be smart about when you're canceling and using Frenzy. I would also suggest a zealous hammer.

Shaz's skills are pretty solid, but if ur solo famring drop ress sig and try going /Mo and using [Live Vicariously],[Vigorous Spirit] but srly buy the expansions =)

The build wasn't for solo farming btw, it's for going with group. Hammer isn't the best for solo farming, can be done with easy foes but there are better alternatives.

Dang...just as I suspected, horrible builds for hammer warrior lol.
But not against you guys, thanks for your input.

I can always try sword PvE build right? Again if you guys have any suggestions or comments on a proph based sword build, post!

If sword also fails I might aswell buy NF or EotN. :/

Sword with Proph only have [Hundred Blades] as elite, it's a pretty bad one. Before any new chapter came out, people used to run sword with ["Charge!"]or[Bull's Charge] as their elite in PvP. In PvE you can pick some other elite. Sword is pretty basic [sever artery] and [gash] are staple skills, the rest will be depend on what you want to do. For some big damage use [Final Thrust] as finisher. Same 2 IAS to pick, if you use Frenzy then use Sprint as your cancel with Final Thrust.

And while that hammer build don't have all the skills from all the chapters, it is very close to the Earth Shaker build I'm running atm, it is not at all horrible. Hammer can be very good.

And if you enjoy the game then you should buy other chapters regardless, but if you don't, no point in buying it just so you can run certain build because chances are you won't play much.

Iam not going to buy the other expansions because that is too much money.
I enjoy playing prophecies just fine, however if anybody has a solid PvE warrior build for sword or hammer, post it please!

You are slightly at a disadvantage when it comes to swords in pve as you may have to use some energy attacks skills.This is when it comes to non fleshies.

A sword Warrior running a support elite might be a good idea.

[sever artery][gash][final thrust][savage slash][frenzy][sprint][resurrection signet] for the base of your build.

Maybe spec into Healing Prayers and run Word of Healing for shits and giggles. Not much on elites for sword warrior in Proph only PvE...

I believe this should've been moved to the Warrior forum though. Speaking of which, the hammer builds are above.

inxbinx, those builds with Earthshaker are not horrible. Well, at least Shaz's isn't. But expansions, especially Nightfall/EotN are useful for a Warrior.

[savage slash] and [galrath slash] are good for PvE and PvP for swords.
